Returns & Exchanges (Products):

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it, with photos and order details.

We will offer a replacement or refund for damaged goods as appropriate.
Workshop Bookings:

Workshop fees are non-refundable.

You may reschedule your booking with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
La Sol Accommodation – Bookings & Cancellations
Booking Policy:

A valid booking is confirmed upon full payment.
Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.

Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

In case of unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies), please contact us — we’ll do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
